Khader Al-ayrot has been employed in various roles since 2013. Khader began their career as a Butikschef at Den søde tand in 2013 and then moved on to become a Sælger at POWER A/S in 2016. In 2017, they were employed as a Salgskonsulent at Elgiganten A/S and a Field Sales Manager at studido.com. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Customer and Business Advisor at 3 Danmark and a Customer Advisor at Tryg. Currently, they are an Account Executive at both JobTeaser and Graduateland.

Khader Al-ayrot has a background in economics, having obtained an HD from Copenhagen Business School between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they attended Handelskolen between 2020 and 2022, studying sales, merchandising, and related marketing functions.
