Betina Estes has over four decades of experience in administrative roles, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at JobSource since 1982, where responsibilities include assisting the Executive Director and Controller with payroll and managing employees' benefits and withholdings. Prior to this, Betina worked as a Receptionist and Accounts Payable at DeFur, Voran, Hanley, Radcliff & Reed from 1978 to 1980, handling client communications and financial transactions. Betina holds an Associate's degree in Secretarial Sciences from Ivy Tech Community College, obtained between 1974 and 1976, and a high school diploma in College Preparatory from Daleville High School, earned in 1974.
