Hannah Rose Baes, CPA has a diverse work experience. Hannah Rose started their career in 2017 as an Accountant at Island Merchants Corporation, where they worked for six months. In 2017, they also became an Operations Manager at Hope for the Nations Philippines, where they later took on additional roles such as Corporate Secretary and Board Member. Hannah Rose was also involved in running the Learning on the Streets (LOTS) Program and the Pathway to Life Schoolhouse.

In 2019, Hannah Rose Baes worked as an Academic Fellow on Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Development at the U.S. Department of State. This program allowed their to gain academic and cultural exposure in the United States.

Starting in 2020, Hannah Rose Baes joined Hectares of Hope Corp. as an Operations Manager and later took on the role of Assistant Corporate Secretary in 2021. Hectares of Hope is a social enterprise that focuses on agricultural business in the Philippines.

Finally, in 2022, Hannah Rose Baes became a Content Contributor at Jobscan.

Hannah Rose Baes, CPA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Silliman University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2016. In 2019, they attended the University of Connecticut to study Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Development as part of an Academic Fellowship Program. Additionally, in 2019 they also participated in an Intensive Professional Development Course on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Social Change at the University for Peace (UPEACE) - UN Mandated.

In terms of certifications, Hannah has obtained several. In 2016, they became a Certified Public Accountant through the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission. Hannah Rose also completed a Job Basic Entry Skills course at Silliman University in 2015. Later on, in 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Financial Development and Financial Inclusion from the International Monetary Fund, and completed the Project Management Fundamentals and Beyond course from StackSkills. Hannah Rose also participated in the Sulong Pilipinas: Youth Partners for Progress program organized by the Department of Finance. Lastly, in 2021, Hannah obtained a certification in Identity Driven Entrepreneurship from the Leadership Institute for Entrepreneurs (LIFE).
