Jon G. Hall is an accomplished academic and director with extensive experience in engineering, problem science, and education. Currently serving as the Director and Academic Advisor at JobsAware and a Professor of Problem Science at The Open University, Jon is known for inventing Problem Oriented Engineering (POE) and pioneering the university's CyberSecurity Curriculum. Additionally, Jon holds visiting professorships and advisory roles in various institutions, including Guangxi Normal University and The Better Hiring Institute. As Editor-in-Chief of Expert Systems, Jon has significantly increased the journal's submissions, while also leading educational initiatives at Synexus and participating in digital skills policy development. Jon holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Computer Science from Newcastle University and an MBA from The Open University.
