Malou Robas serves as the Human Resources Director at Jobs to Move America since October 2022, previously holding the role of Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes customer support roles at Dover, where Malou launched the company’s first DEI roadmap and facilitated ATS integration for high-volume recruitment. As Assistant Director at the University of California, San Diego, Malou managed program budgets, restructured recruitment processes, and directed DEI initiatives. Additional roles include teaching and program management within international contexts. Malou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies and International Studies from UC San Diego and a Master’s Degree in International Education from the School for International Training.
