C. Huynh is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations with experience spanning various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Jobs for the Future (JFF), C. Huynh contributes to the advancement of equitable economic opportunities within the American workforce and educational systems. Previous roles include Operations Coordinator at Feedback Labs, where C. Huynh supported the incorporation of feedback in nonprofit and governmental sectors, and Operations Associate at the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance (NQAPIA), focusing on capacity building and advocacy for LGBTQ+ AAPI communities. C. Huynh also has experience in research and administrative support at the University of Maryland, leading projects in language, music cognition, and Asian American studies, as well as serving as a Medical Lab Technician's Assistant and Radiation Countermeasures Intern.
