Tiffany Baynard currently serves as the Team Coordinator at Jobs for Delaware Graduates (JDG) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tiffany worked as a Human Resources Officer for the State of Maryland from January 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included interpreting HR laws and providing guidance on human resources matters while maintaining confidentiality. Tiffany's experience also includes serving as a Family Investment Specialist II, where assessments for various assistance programs were conducted, and working at Delaware Smile Center as a New Patient Coordinator and Receptionist, managing patient inquiries and training new hires. Earlier experience includes three years as an Account Manager at Discover Financial Services, focusing on customer account inquiries. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Delaware State University.
