Ieva Bublaityte has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ieva started their career as an Insurance Manager at PZU Lietuva in 2011. In 2012, they joined SERMO as a Project and Account Executive, where they managed a portfolio of major clients in Europe and was responsible for the entire project lifecycle. Ieva also served as a Senior QA Team Lead & Vendor Manager at SERMO, where they allocated resources, mentored team members, and optimized QA procedures.

In 2018, Ieva joined Danske Bank as a Team Leader in the Corporates & Institutions department, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML). At Altero.lv, they worked as a Country Manager, overseeing all operations within the country and being accountable for profitability and quality targets.

Starting in 2020, Ieva became a Business Development Manager at Genome, where they were part of the C-level management team and played a crucial role in developing relationships with partners, managing non-standard projects, and coordinating sales and support processes. Currently, they work at jobRely as the Country Manager for the UK and LT.

Throughout their career, Ieva has demonstrated skills in project management, client relationship management, budgeting, and risk management. Ieva is also experienced in training and team building activities.

Ieva Bublaityte obtained their Bachelor of Mathematics from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, specializing in Applied Mathematics, from the years 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Kauno Maironio gymnasium from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in BHBIA Adverse Event Reporting in Market Research, BHBia Legal and ethical Guidelines training, and EphMra adverse events reporting in July 2012.
