Kaitlyn Campbell has been in the workforce since 2014, when they began their role as a Dance Coach at Synergy Dance Academy & Touring. In 2017, they began working as a Bank Teller at America First Credit Union and a Dental Assistant at Osborne Family Dental. In 2021, they took on the role of Orthodontic Assistant at Johnson Elite Orthodontics. Most recently, they began working as a Technical Support Specialist at JobNimbus in 2022.

Kaitlyn Campbell attended Salt Lake Community College from 2018 to 2019, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.
