Aileen Harris has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Superior Lending and Associates in 2006. Aileen then worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Exit Realty Solutions in 2006, and Office Manager at McKell Therapy Group in 2007. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Xactware in roles such as XA Product and Custom Reporting Specialist, 360Value Quality Assurance Analyst and Client Services. Finally, they worked as an Enterprise Project Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer Issue and Incident Coordination, Quality Assurance Engineer, Senior Technical Advisor, and Technical Customer Support Representative at JobNimbus from 2017 to present.

Aileen Harris began their educational journey in 1994, attending Utah Valley University and studying General Studies until 1995. Aileen returned to the same university in 2005 and completed another year of General Studies. In 2006, they attended Stringham Real Estate School to study Real Estate and The Mortgage Academy to study Loan Origination.
