Floris de Bruijn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2007, they started their career as a Production Assistant at Moving Memories. Floris then worked as a Private Chauffeur at Excellent Chauffeursdiensten from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they joined KPMG as a Junior Trainee and stayed until 2012. From 2013 to 2014, Floris worked as an Intern at ABN AMRO MeesPierson, focusing on credit loans and interest rates research. In 2016, they had two roles: as an Employee in Internal Affairs at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Berlin and as an Afstudeerscriptant at the Walraven Group, where they worked on creating a Balanced Scorecard and supporting reporting and control activities. In 2017, they worked as a Teamlead Aftersales Benelux at Homebell before joining BASF as a Procurement Specialist for the Benelux region. At BASF, they managed the procurement process, coordinated with internal partners, and implemented purchasing processes. Floris also served as a Project Manager for Procurement Services, where they focused on knowledge management, process coordination, and training. Currently, Floris is a Business Development Manager at Joblift, responsible for customer success in the Benelux region, and has recently been promoted to Senior Business Development Manager.

Floris de Bruijn completed their education with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Economics from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they participated in the Erasmus Exchange Programme Minor at The Berlin School of Economics and Law from 2014 to 2015.

Before their higher education, Floris de Bruijn attended OSG Bataafse Kamp from 2000 to 2007, where they completed their VWO degree with a focus on the Natural Sciences and Mathematics field of study.

Floris also obtained a certification in Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Economics from Hogeschool Rotterdam, although specific details regarding the timing of this certification are not provided.
