3. Candidate Relationship Management
- Act as a primary contact for job seekers using the JOBJACK platform, providing assistance and answering queries.
- Inform job seekers about application outcomes promptly.
- Coordinate with job seekers to confirm interview schedules and ensure timely preparations.
- Guide job seekers through the application process, ensuring timely submission of required documents.
