Michella Najib began their career in 2018 as a Private Tutor. In 2021, they joined NR-Software as a Software Developer, and in 2022 they moved to JobDiva, where they are currently employed as a Software Developer.

Michella Najib's education history includes a Baccalaureate from St Therese High School obtained in 2017, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences obtained in 2020, and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences obtained in 2022. Additionally, Michella has obtained certifications in Agile Software Development, Build A Full Website Using Wordpress, Python Basics, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA).
