Carolyn Palermo has worked in the corporate world since 1991, beginning their career as an Implementation Consultant/Account Manager at Resumix. After six years at Resumix, they moved to Marconi PLC in 1997, where they worked as a Program Manager. In 2004, they joined JobDiva as the Chief Training & Transformation Officer, a role they have held ever since.

Carolyn Palermo holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from PennWest Clarion.
