Nereida Dema is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and software operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Jobcase, Inc. since May 2021, Nereida has previously held various roles including Senior Software Operations Manager at Scopic Software from January 2015 to May 2021, and several positions in software operations and accounting earlier in their career. Nereida also gained valuable experience as an Audit Intern at Deloitte Albania and Kosova in 2016. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and a Master's Degree in Accounting and Audit from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy in Albania.
