Stephen Chen is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in developing and managing advanced analytics and machine learning platforms across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Data Science Manager at Jobber, Stephen has implemented innovative ML signals and created a no-code AI/ML platform that secured significant operational savings. Previously, as Director of Data Science at Loblaw Companies Limited, Stephen architected a scalable cloud platform for rapid model deployment. At RBC, Stephen led the first large-scale ML initiatives, optimizing numerous revenue-generating programs.
