Raquel Binder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and the non-profit sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Talent Development at Jobber since July 2019, Raquel previously held roles as a Manager in Coaching & Development and Learning & Development. Prior to Jobber, Raquel was the Associate National Director for the March of the Living Canada at the Jewish Federations of Canada - UIA, where oversight extended to national programming and training. Raquel's tenure at the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto included managing the Diller Teen Fellows International program and leading the Israel Engagement Department, focusing on organizational culture and educational initiatives. With a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Dalhousie University, Raquel's educational background complements a career dedicated to impactful community engagement and talent cultivation.
