Alexandra Cerqueira Berjillos currently serves as an HR Account Associate at Jobandtalent since March 2022, where daily communication and needs assessment with clients are key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Account Associate and HR Account Coordinator at BIAL, and an HR Specialist at AIRTIFICIAL, focusing on recruitment and training within the aerospace and defense sectors. Additional experience encompasses HR trainee roles in retail with Primark Tiendas SLU, where onboarding of nearly 300 employees was facilitated, and a foundational sales assistant position at H&M and Inditex.
