Kirill Batalkin has worked in the software engineering field since 2010. In 2010, they worked as an Android Developer at Фабрика Лояльности. Kirill then worked as a Java Software Developer at Systema-Soft from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Java Developer at Deutsche Bank. Kirill then became a Senior Software Engineer at JOB TODAY in 2016, where they have been since. At JOB TODAY, they have worked on projects such as migrating a homemade data access layer to a more solid solution using MyBatis library and setting up an internal Kubernetes cluster. At Deutsche Bank, they moved a Java Applet to a JavaScript solution and was part of a team developing a customer data migration platform. At Systema-Soft, they worked on an Android Client for connecting with a hospital server and a Swing desktop application for preparing geospatial datasets.

Kirill Batalkin attended Saint Petersburg State University from 2007 to 2012, earning a Diploma in Specialized Higher Education in Mathematics.
