Alejandra Calero Guillén has been working in the customer service industry since 2013. Alejandra started as a Costumer Services Representative at Sitel, then moved to Concentrix in 2017 where they worked as a Technical support advocate. In 2020, they joined Boss Security Screens as a Virtual Assistant, and in 2022 they began working as a Content Moderator at JOB TODAY.
Alejandra Calero Guillén began their education in 1999, when they obtained a Bachiller en Ciencias y Letras from the Instituto Pedagogico "La Salle". From 2005 to 2008, they studied Lengua Extranjera (Ingles) at the Universidad Centroamericana, Managua. In 2011, they obtained a Lic. Relaciones Internacionales from the Universidad Iberoamericana de Ciencia y TecnologÃa, and in 2014 they studied Italiano come lingua straniera at the Instituto Dante Aligheri. In 2016, they completed a Posgrado Gerencia de Mercadeo y Publicidad Estrategica at the Universidad Iberoamericana de Ciencia y TecnologÃa. Alejandra is currently enrolled in a Posgrado program at the same university, studying Gerencia en Mercadeo y Publicidad Estrategica.
