Josh McBride is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, business development, and artificial intelligence solutions within the recruitment industry. Currently serving as President of Job Mobz since April 2023, McBride played a pivotal role in facilitating a strategic merger with Recruiter.com, enhancing the suite of RPO, OnDemand contract recruiting, and AI sourcing solutions. As Chief Revenue Officer at Recruiter.com since March 2021, McBride has taken on responsibilities in new business development, marketing, and customer success, and previously achieved significant growth in AI Sourcing as SVP. McBride co-founded Upsider, where the AI sourcing platform played a crucial role in streamlining candidate engagement and was successfully acquired by Recruiter.com. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Offerpop and Experian, during which McBride consistently surpasses business growth targets.
