Christian Hartmann is a Senior Researcher at JOANNEUM RESEARCH, a position held since July 1993, while also working as a freelancer. Christian served as a Lecturer in Public Finance at Karl-Franzens-University from October 1997 to March 1998. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Graz, obtained between 1997 and 2004, and A-Levels from Freie Waldorfschule Heilbronn, pursued from 1987 to the present.
