Kim Hester has extensive experience in the travel industry. Kim started their career as the Director of Meetings and Incentives at San Diego Travel Group from 1996 to 1999. Kim then joined Incentive Travel, Inc. as a Program Manager from 1999 to 2003. After that, they worked at Travel Dynamics Group, now Cadence Travel, as the Director of Meetings and Incentives from 2003 to 2007. Currently, they are the Vice President at JNR Incorporated, responsible for handling both sales and operations of meetings and incentive programs for elite clients. Kim Hester is highly knowledgeable and experienced in managing international events, having traveled to 128 countries and managed events in 81 of them.

Kim Hester obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from American University between 1973 and 1977.
