Ericka L. Rojas, MPP, has extensive experience in strategic communications and program analysis, currently serving as a Program Analyst at JMark Services Inc., providing support for the Department of Defense's SMART Scholarship-for-Service Program since December 2022. Previously, Rojas held the position of Senior Program Analyst at Strategic Analysis Incorporated, managing communications and marketing for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering and the Department of Defense's STEM Education, Outreach and Workforce Development. Additional roles include Marketing Communications Specialist at Envisioneering Inc., Program Analyst at USAID, and Program Management Associate at Chemonics International, among others. Rojas holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Fairfield University.
