Thomas Richardson began their work experience in 2018 as a Skilled Laborer for Corinthian Contractors Inc, where they worked on various construction projects and performed tasks such as operating heavy machinery and managing traffic. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager at the same company, where they facilitated contracts, managed project budgets, and maintained project records. Currently, since 2022, they are working as a Project Engineer at John Moriarty & Associates.

Thomas Richardson attended The University of the South from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree with a major in Economics.
