Spencer Weimar currently serves as an Asset Manager at JMA Ventures since September 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Red Lodge Mountain, where Spencer held positions as Assistant General Manager and Director of Marketing and Guest Services from May 2018 to December 2023. At Angel Fire Resort, Spencer worked as Director of Marketing and Promotions from September 2016 to April 2018, achieving revenue growth during challenging snow years. Spencer's career also includes significant marketing and sales expertise at Mt. Bachelor from August 2014 to April 2016 and Whitefish Mountain Resort from July 2007 to August 2014, with responsibilities ranging from strategic planning to brand management, and team leadership. Spencer’s earlier roles included marketing management at Village Properties at Sunriver and coaching at Linfield College. Spencer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Coaching from Linfield University and an MBA from Washington State University.
