Rick Bale has extensive experience in the automotive and business development sectors, primarily with JM&A Group and JM Family Enterprises since 1997. Bale currently serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships and has held various prominent roles including Managing Director of both the Business Development Group and Strategic Alliances & Business Development Group. Prior positions also include leadership in Operations, Client Relations, and Sales Analysis & Planning. Additionally, from September 2002 to September 2022, Bale was Managing Director at Century Warranty Services, Inc. Before joining JM Family Enterprises, Bale worked at AutoNation as Director of Reconditioning, Logistics & Merchandising.
