Dianne Galavan has over two decades of experience in customer services and technology transformation within the JM&A Group, starting in May 2010 and progressing through multiple roles including Director of Technology Transformation, Director of Customer Services, Manager of Customer Services, and Supervisor of Customer Services. Prior to this, Dianne served as Community Relations Manager at JM Family Enterprises from January 2002 to May 2010. Dianne holds a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
