Hiren Raipancholia has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Hiren started their career at Citi as an Investment Consultant in July 2004 and worked there until March 2006. Hiren then joined Standard Chartered Capital Markets as part of their Investment Banking team in March 2007 but left in December of the same year. After that, they joined IDFC Capital Limited in January 2008 as an Associate and later became an Associate Vice President from April 2010 to March 2013. In April 2013, Hiren joined IDFC Bank as an Associate Director and worked there until October 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Capital Markets at JM Financial since October 2017.

Hiren Raipancholia completed their MMS degree in Finance from MET between 2001 and 2003.
