Pablo Sierra is an experienced professional in project and development services with a solid background in real estate and capital program management. Currently serving as Director at JLL since January 2024, Pablo leads a significant Capital Expenditure Program for a large financial services client. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at Procon Consulting, where Pablo supported a $2B+ development program delivering approximately 6 million square feet while managing high-visibility projects. As Managing Director at TalentCRE, Pablo oversaw the Business Advisory service line and developed corporate strategies for various clients. Additional positions held include Managing Director at Brightwood Pages LLC, Project Executive at KGO, and several roles at JLL, UMT Consulting Group, Bank of America, LMI, and the US Navy, encompassing various project management and consulting responsibilities. Pablo holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Mary Washington.
