Jim Wana is a seasoned professional in the sales and leasing of retail and commercial properties, currently serving as Director of Sales and Leasing at JLL since July 2021. Previously, Jim held the position of Executive Broker for Retail and Commercial Sales and Leasing at Bayleys Real Estate from August 2015 to June 2021 and has also worked at CBRE specializing in sales and leasing. Jim's extensive experience in the real estate sector began as a Retail Sales and Leasing Specialist at Bayleys Real Estate from 2005 to 2011, where notable achievements included being recognized as one of the Top 20 Salespersons in the Bayleys Network in 2010 and achieving over $50 million in sales that same year. Prior to entering real estate, Jim was a Subway Franchisee, developing and consulting on multiple store openings. Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington and has an educational background in business with a focus on marketing and finance from Briar Cliff University.
