Jerry Levy started their work experience as the President of Shadow Traffic Networks in 1977, where they started the network in Chicago and expanded it to other markets. Jerry was responsible for all operations, personnel, and sales. In 1981, they founded JL Media, Inc., where they currently serve as the President.

Jerry Levy has an MBA degree in Marketing Research from INACTIVE-1703030558-LIU Brooklyn. Additionally, they hold a BBA degree in Marketing Research from Baruch College.
