Ricardo Figueroa has extensive experience in operations management and quality control, currently serving as Assistant Project Manager at J&J Worldwide Services since February 2009. Responsibilities include oversight of the Ft. Gordon BASOPS Support Services Contract valued at $104 million and management of the Cooperative Security Location in San Salvador, El Salvador, with a project value exceeding $10 million. Previously, Ricardo established and maintained the Quality Control Program for the 65th Medical Brigade and provided quality oversight for operations in Guam. Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Supervisor at UPS, supervising inbound and outbound operations, and managing significant volumes of customer packages. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from St. John's River State College.
