Gina Barbarita has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Gina started their career in the media industry as a Senior Sales Representative, where they successfully sold sponsorships for San Francisco radio stations and represented Western region stations to national advertisers. After 12 years in the media industry, they transitioned into recruiting and joined companies like Cisco, Chemdex, and Fujitsu Software as a Senior Recruiter. Gina then moved on to VMware, where they held the position of Lead Sales Recruiter. In this role, they led a team of recruiters and successfully recruited senior executives and built teams in various regions. Gina later worked at ArcSight as a Lead Recruiter for global sales, sales engineering, and professional services. Currently, they are working at Jive Software as the Lead Recruiter for global sales.

Gina Barbarita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
