Kornkamon Yodsri is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Jitasa since November 2020, Kornkamon oversees the recruitment and management of human resources while collaborating with company directors to develop HR initiatives and policies. Previously, Kornkamon held roles as an HR Assistant at East-West Seed, where responsibilities included manpower monitoring, recruitment processes, and payroll management, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Fischer & Partners Co., Ltd., focusing on effective recruitment strategies. Kornkamon also gained foundational experience as an HCBI Officer at The Federation of Thai Industries and through an internship at Mitr Phol Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kasetsart University and a High School Diploma from Benchamatheputhit Petchaburi School.
