James Thomas is an experienced professional in business change management, currently serving as the Head of Business Change at Jisc since April 2023, where a significant role involves driving strategic transformation and enhancing the maturity of business change practices. Previously, as a Senior Business Change Manager at Jisc, James interfaced with internal stakeholders to support key transformation programs. Prior experience includes leading change projects at Openreach to achieve regional efficiency targets and holding various roles at BT, including User Access Management Team Member, Work Ready Coach, and Design & Delivery Trainer, contributing to tech literacy and training initiatives. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from the University of Wolverhampton.
