Guohua (Annie) Wu currently serves as the Director at the Center for China and Globalization since April 2017 and holds the position of Deputy Director at the ā€œOne Belt, One Roadā€ Research Institute within the Beijing Lawyers Association since 2016. Guohua also serves as the China Captain for the Cornell International Lawyers Alumni Network and has been the Director of Committee 2005, a prestigious organization comprising over 150 professionals across various industries. Additionally, Guohua has been a Senior Partner at JT & N Law Firm since March 2011 and previously held positions as Partner at Paul Hastings, Of Counsel at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Guohua earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Law from Jilin University.
