Yağmur Karaaslan is an experienced project manager at JINC since May 2020, focusing on organizing project meetings, managing stakeholder relationships, and establishing partnerships with businesses and schools. Previously, Yağmur served as an Assistant Project Officer for Amnesty International The Netherlands, where responsibilities included managing contracts, communication, and organizing training sessions on human rights. Additional experience includes a role as a Customer Care Representative at Klusup, where Yağmur managed customer interactions and processes, and an internship in SEO at Zalando GmbH. Yağmur holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam, a Pre-master from the University of Antwerp, and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business & Languages from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, along with a minor in Journalism and an Erasmus program in Communication from Istanbul University.
