Fatma Aktas is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Junior HR Advisor at JINC since September 2022. Previous roles include HR Advisor at Van Rossum Raadgevende Ingenieurs BV from February 2020 to February 2022, as well as various HR positions including HR Graduate Intern, HR Employee, and HR Intern. Fatma's career began at Action, where the role of Store Employee was held from July 2013 to July 2020. Additionally, Fatma completed an HR internship at Leviaan from February 2016 to January 2017. Educationally, Fatma holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a minor in Train the Trainer, and has relevant foundational education from Roc van Amsterdam.
