Luis Felipe García Acha has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries.

Luis Felipe started their career at R&S Carga SAC in 2010, where they served as a Distribution Supervisor. In this role, they supervised accounts such as Química Suiza, Ripley, América Móvil, and Oltursa. Luis Felipe was responsible for coordinating reception appointments with clients for merchandise delivery to retailers and distribution centers. Additionally, they handled the daily dispatch scheduling for retailers.

After two years at R&S Carga SAC, Luis Felipe joined Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC in 2012 as an Intern. Luis Felipe promoted the resort at local fairs for both the winter and summer seasons and created promotional videos for social media. Luis Felipe also conducted training and onboarding for international student staff.

In 2014, they joined APM Terminals as a Distribution Leader. Luis Felipe executed daily dispatch schedules for clients such as LG Perú, AOC, and Cencosud. Luis Felipe also ensured smooth operations and resolved any operational issues. Luis Felipe'srole involved direct coordination with commercial areas and the Order Management teams of clients, as well as their final customers.

Luis Felipe returned to Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort in 2017, taking on various roles. Luis Felipe started as the HR International Coordinator responsible for recruitment in the company. This included managing different sources for candidate selection and recruiting internationally for the J1 visa program in countries like Peru, Argentina, Chile, Jamaica, and Europe. Luis Felipe closely collaborated with managers and directors to meet their hiring needs.

Luis Felipe then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager in 2022, where they continued to oversee recruitment and HR-related responsibilities. Currently, Luis Felipe holds the position of Human Resources Director.

Throughout their career, Luis Felipe has demonstrated strong leadership skills, coordination abilities, and a focus on optimizing operations to meet organizational goals.

Luis Felipe García Acha completed their Bachelor's degree in General Business Administration and Management at the Universidad de Piura from 2002 to 2011.
