David Dudman

David Dudman has extensive experience in service delivery and management roles. David began their career at BT, where they worked as a Service Desk Manager and then moved on to become an ITIL Service Manager, Senior Service Delivery Manager, and finally a Service Delivery Director. In these roles, they were responsible for managing large outsourced contracts, developing teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
