Jon Baylis has over two decades of experience in business intelligence and data analysis. Currently serving as the Business Intelligence Manager at Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd since January 2002, Jon oversees business intelligence functions, data warehouses, and reporting, with expertise in T-SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, and Power BI. Prior experience includes a role as a M.I.S. Data Analyst at RIVA Group PLC and working as a Support Desk Analyst for British Telecom, where Jon was recognized with an achievement award in 1998 for contributions to software upgrades. Jon holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Computing and Mathematical Modelling from The University of Salford and completed GCSEs at Broughton High.
