Amrita Mathew serves as the Senior Portfolio Manager for Global Programs and the MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership project at Jhpiego since December 2015, managing a portfolio exceeding $90 million across 12 countries in Asia. In this role, Amrita ensures high-quality program implementation, business development, and risk management while leading a $200 million USAID-funded project focused on reducing maternal, newborn, and child mortality through collaboration with a consortium of partners. Prior experience at FHI 360 from May 2003 to December 2015 includes various program management roles, notably during the AED FHI merger, where Amrita facilitated country operations integration. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a BA in Sociology from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University.
