Ron Boumans is an experienced leader in the field of healthcare and youth health services, currently serving as a Board Member of the RIGA Alliance for the DWO municipalities in Zuid Holland West since April 2024 and holding multiple leadership positions in various organizations, including ActiZ and NVZD. As the CEO of Jeugdgezondheidszorg Zuid-Holland West since November 2014, Ron is responsible for providing health services to children aged 0 to 18 in the Haaglanden region. Ron also chairs the supervisory board at ZorgAccent and is actively involved with GGD/GHOR Nederland, among other roles. With a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in European Law from the University of Portsmouth, Ron Boumans has a comprehensive understanding of public health, crisis management, and health law.
