Syamsul Rizal possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as the Precommissioning, Commissioning, Start Up & Handover Completion Manager at JGC since November 2019, Syamsul Rizal oversees the planning and execution of project commissioning activities. Previously held positions include Chief Engineer / Precomm - Comm Superintendent at IKPT, Access Engineer at Schlumberger, and Process Engineer in Business Development at Pertamina. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya. Syamsul Rizal's diverse background encompasses critical roles that involve system readiness planning, project coordination, and operational efficiency enhancement across multiple companies in the energy sector.
