Idit Shpigel has a strong background in business intelligence and analytics. In their current role as a BI Team Lead at JFrog since April 2022, they oversee a team of 3 BI developers and is responsible for designing and developing complex databases, data modeling, SQL queries, reports, and dashboards. Idit also provides cross-company support for marketing, sales, and solution engineering. Idit is skilled in identifying and implementing data solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to present data insights visually. Idit has full data ownership and manages multiple data projects simultaneously using Tableau, Salesforce, and QlikSense.

Prior to their current role, Idit worked as a BI System Analyst Team Leader at the Ministry of Health Israel from June 2015 to April 2022. Before that, they served as a System Analyst Team Leader and Senior Project Manager at Clalit Health Services from 2007 to 2015. Idit also gained experience as a Business Analyst Team Leader at Cellcom from 2005 to 2007 and as a Customer Service Analyst from 2004 to 2005. Overall, they have a proven track record in data-driven decision making and successfully leading teams in implementing and managing business intelligence systems.

Idit Shpigel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ruppin Academic Center, obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering & Management from the same institution in 2003. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Tableau Data Analyst/Specialist Desktop and Microsoft Power BI Desktop for Business Intelligence from Udemy in 2021 and 2020 respectively.
