Wendy Ferrer is an experienced communications and marketing professional currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Housing & Marketing at Jewish Senior Life of Rochester since June 2022. Prior to this role, Wendy held various positions including Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the same organization and founded Red Purse Marketing, where services were provided from November 2015 to June 2022. Wendy's career also includes directing communications for Young Entrepreneurs Academy, leading internal communications during the merger of Unity Health System and Rochester General Health System as Sr. Director, and managing corporate communications for Unity Health System. Earlier roles include public relations positions at Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School and marketing roles at Roberts Communications. Wendy holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from St. Bonaventure University.
