Krystle Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement, education, and program development. As President of Eyes Like Mine Inc. since March 2014, Krystle has focused on strategic initiatives surrounding vision loss resources and accessible disability workshops. In the role of Marketing and Development Coordinator at the Jewish Renaissance Medical Center since November 2017, Krystle has successfully organized community wellness events. Additional experience includes serving as a Substitute Teacher for the Montclair Board of Education and various roles within educational and support programs, emphasizing skill-building and safety for students. Krystle's background also includes a strong foundation in social services and community outreach, highlighted by work with organizations such as NJ Commission For The Blind and El Club de Barrio Inc. Krystle earned an Associate of Science in Social Sciences from Essex County College.
