Scotland Huber, MS has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2008, Huber worked as a Communications Photographer at Gordon College, where they photographed events and directed specific shots for promotional and advertising material. They then worked as an Outreach and Technology Coordinator at Social Capital Inc., where they redesigned and managed a community web portal, increasing traffic to the site significantly. In 2010, Huber joined Codman Square Health Center, initially as a Health Issues Researcher, and later as a Communications and Marketing Specialist and Director of Communications. In these roles, Huber was responsible for marketing a multi-site health and social services center, developing marketing objectives, and enhancing company-wide communications through various initiatives. In 2013, Huber worked as a Contributing Writer at Sound of Boston. Finally, since 2018, Huber has been working at the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, starting as a Marketing and Community Engagement Specialist, then becoming a Project Director, and currently serving as the Chief Communications Officer.
Scotland Huber, MS began their education journey in 2005 at Gordon College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. This four-year program lasted until 2009. In 2006, Scotland participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Oxford, focusing on Philosophy. After completing their undergraduate studies, Scotland attended the New England School of Photography in 2010-2011, obtaining a Professional Degree in Photography. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, Scotland pursued a Master's Degree in Health Communication at Boston University.
