Robin Reiss, MLIS, currently serves as the Database Systems Manager at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing database systems and projects for Blackbaud CRM and iPhi CoreEnterprise ERP. Previous roles include Database Specialist at Howard University, where operations for resource sharing were managed, and a position as Metadata Intern at the Library of Congress, focusing on enhancing the discoverability of digitized collections. Robin Reiss has also held various graduate assistant positions at the University of Maryland, as well as internships and roles in library services and educational environments, contributing expertise in data management, metadata standards, interlibrary loans, and archival processes. Academic qualifications include a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Westfield State University.
